RSPB Pagham Harbour
Binoculars are available to hire from the Visitor Centre.
One of the country's most important coastal nature reserves, and a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), Pagham Harbour is a haven for both wildlife and people. Enjoy a relaxing stroll beside the sheltered coastal inlet, as you take the family on the 'Discovery Trail' to the historic hamlet of Sidlesham Quay .

Discovery Trail circular loop (1.75 miles)

Visitor Centre open 10am-4pm daily
There is an option to take a shorter loop (0.75 miles), which is suitable for wheelchair users.
The longer route is generally suitable for pushchairs. However, rather than returning through the fields on the way back from Sidlesham, it is best to return the way you came. Collect a route map from the Visitor Centre - the trail is well signposted.
Dogs are welcome, but should be kept under close control to avoid worrying wildlife or other visitors.
Allow 1-2 hours for your visit. The Visitor Centre sells a selection of light refreshments to takeaway. Toilets are located beside the Visitor Centre.
