Following the ridge of the South Downs, the route (along grassy chalk paths) is relatively flat and is pushchair-compatible year-round. The path is linear and offers consistently fine views over The Weald to the north and across to the coast.
Dogs are welcome here, but due to grazing livestock they must be kept on a lead. Please pick up after your dog, despite the lack of bins en route.
Please note: The car park has limited space (35 spaces) and can get very busy on fine weekends. We advise getting here early!
